TEDxBucharest will take place on 15th October in Bucharest. The day-long event will bring together opinion and business leaders from all walks of life to listen to top speakers with an 'idea worth spreading', watch amazing tech demos, get inspired by local talent, and enjoy superb art and entertainment.

TEDxBucharest aims to engage the audience in a conversation about the future and their role in building it. Attendence is by application form and brings together opinion and business leaders, artists and entrepreneurs, thinkers and doers who share the ambition to change the world.

Speakers

Details of the speaker program will be revealed approximately 2 months prior to the conference (as is always the case with TED events), but it's already shaping up to be an extraordinary line-up. Speakers will include Romania's most promising innovators, from entrepreneurs to artists, storytellers to scientists. And about one third of the program will come from outside Romania. We'll hear from celebrated global icons as well as undiscovered talent due to broader recognition.
